Job Description
- Conduct quantity surveying for required materials to proceed in submitting the purchase request.
- Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment
- Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during project and keep its records for following up and tracing.
- Prepare material submittals for material approvals and keep its
- Prepare Interim Payment for clients and sub-contractors.
- Prepare reports for the used materials and waste materials.
- Prepare the cost analysis report for executed tasks and its
comparison to the budget. - Prepare Clients and Sub-Contractors Interim Payment.
- Prepare a proposed plan for the document control and correspondence between the owner, the company and the subcontractors and get the Technical Office Approval to be implemented during the project.
- Preparation of the monthly implementation plan.
- Prepare required documents for Variation Orders for the Clients.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
- Commit to the planned trainings and work on delivering the information learned to the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Aware with Technical Office Function (Quantity Survey, Interim ).
- Aware with Planning and Cost Control Technique.
- Experience in the construction work field.
- Very Good English Language.
- Excellent Computer Skills ( AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit).
