Job Description
- Supervise QA/QM team and provide expertise to the overall Quality Management.
- Participate in developing policies, and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements.
- Implements preventive measures and corrective actions for non-conforming products, processes, and deliverables.
- Responsible for assurance and control of services and process testing and ably testing procedures to ensures that objectives are meet.
- Able to demonstrate the implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of standards with basis on ISO 9001.
- Manage and lead cases audit program.
- Prepare and implement services inspection to cover all services phases throughout their respective lifecycles.
- Consult with Quality Manager to ensure successful implementation and provide guidance and support to team members .
- Provide services insights to Quality Manager and give situational awareness of progress as well as encountered challenges as it relates to the QA/QM.
- Recommend techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
- Promote quality standards and processes across different teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or QA/QC management (preferred).
- Experience in NGOs or Hospitals is a must.
- TQM – ISO 9001.
- Excellent Ms office user.
- Good analytical skills and excellence quality tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to identify and intervene in problem areas, well-developed critical thinking skills.
