Job Description
- Develop Architectural Design skills and understand the design process and interfaces between design disciplines.
- Revise structural drawings with architectural drawings, Assist Coordination between project trades.
- Sketching preconcept design for mini projects.
- Reviewing and adjusting shop drawings, Quantity surveying.
- Coordinate all materials and draw formats to projects sites.
- Monitor and administer the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensure incorporated materials on construction projects follow the plans and specifications.
- Develop knowledge of Fire & Life Safety Principles.
- Develop knowledge of Sustainable Design principles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architect Engineering
- +1 years of experience in the same field
- Technical office experience is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (3d Max, photoshop and Revit are advantage)
- Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
- Presentation skills.
