Job Description
- Responsible for ticketed query system and ensures comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Provides technical support to teams within the organization.
- Identifies, analyses, and resolves problems.
- Interacts effectively with users to solve problems and advises on best
- practices for using the system.
- Establishes, enforces, and maintains the data entry standards.
- Assists in training for staff and faculty.
- Supports students in accessing and using their systems.
- Creates reports and dashboards.
- Maintains and updates technical documents and procedures.
- Assists with systems integrations.
- Assists in implementing new solutions as per the business needs.
- Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Assists in designing new projects as per business needs.
- Aligns and tests new projects with the vendors.
- Maintains security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 1 to 3
- Education: Bachelor of Business Informatics or in any relevant field.
- Has a good SQL background
- Has a good understanding of HTML
- Has a fair PHP background
- Possess a high level of testing techniques and scenarios.
