Job Description
- Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners
- Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminating contracts with existing clients or vendors when necessary
- Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage
- Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and advertising
- Preparing financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets
- Managing the whole process until customer delivery
- Cooperating with other departments within the company to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly
- Responsible for planning and development of all PR elements of the marketing plan for allocated products/brands.
- Perform export review and classification of customer deliverables.
- Evaluates processes to identify opportunities to reduce risks and/or costs for export control activities
- Understands export compliance requirements
- Acts as a point of escalation for complex, non-routine problems
- Good understanding of Europe & Gulf Pacific business and cultural environment
- Manages the services and performance of vendors, third party providers, and other relationships
- Work with various internal and external partners to scope, create, improve, and implement our global export strategy
- Analyse global industry trends for potential new markets and business opportunities.
- Develop customer loyalty plans for international markets.
Job Requirements
- (7)+ years’ experience in export compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Excellent Verbal and written English Skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and ability to function effectively as part of a team to gain cooperation of individuals across the organization.
- Must be highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Be able and willing to travel internationally if required.
