Job Description

  • Coordinating the agenda of the Chairman with customers - suppliers - employees - internal or external meetings
  • Attend all of the Chairman's meetings and write drafts of the meetings
  • Reviewing the draft of the meetings with the president and preparing the minutes of the final meeting with the issued decisions
  • Sending the minutes of the meeting with the decisions issued to the departments concerned previously in the meeting
  • Follow up the implementation of the decisions issued by the president, follow up with employees or managers, and report the results to the president.
  • Receiving reports, minutes, and all documents required to be submitted to the Chairman of the Board of Directors from the employees and returning them to them after signing them.
  • Participation in the preparation of conferences
  • Follow up on the daily, weekly and periodic reports assigned to him by the President with the concerned departments
  • And prepare a report on the actual consumption rates for all devices and all customers
  • Organizing appointments for meetings and interviews
  • Organizing and archiving files, documents, and administrative records
  • Receive and make phone calls and emails
  • Receiving guests and scheduling meetings
  • Equipping meeting rooms
  • Preparing meeting minutes
  • Follow up on the implementation status of any decisions issued by the administration.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the President.
  • Confirm outgoing travel reservations
  • Writing administrative letters for various agencies
  • Writing, editing, and printing administrative texts
  • Organizing work within the company and between departments and some of them
  • Arranging and preparing the agenda of the Chairman 

Job Requirements

  • A maximum of a Bachelor's degree 
  • MBA is preferred
  • Computer Proficiency
  • work under pressure
  • Ability to prepare analytical reports and current problems
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Good knowledge of management, and organizational methods
  • Willing to travel outside Egypt to carry out missions
