Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations within the region.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
