Job Description
- Identify and research potential B2B clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, work with the pricing department to create proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Draft and give presentations to prospective clients
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Able to join with his/her network and connections and can generate leads easily.
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial gains to make personalized presentations
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Negotiate leasing management terms and finalize agreements
- Generate inquiries for Property Management, Mall Management, Building/Property Leasing, Facilities Management and accordingly coordinate proposals preparations & tenders responses.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, seminars and other PR related activities.
Job Requirements

- Can work easily within commercial team.
- Should have a business mind set and will be able to see the big picture in a variety of settings.
- Sufficient understanding of Real Estate, Property Leasing, Property Management & Facility Management market and regulations.
- Excellent B2B relationship management skills.
- Proven working experience as Sales Consultant/ Business Development/ Property Consultant.
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations and contracts management agreements.
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Presentable with Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent B2B relationship management skills
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Customer-focused approach
- Proficiency of English Language spoken and written
