Senior Graphic Designer

Role Purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for and owns graphic design lead functions for both internal and external communications related to all Ustores retail chain and other touchpoints. This position helps ensure the clear and consistent identification of all marketing communication materials used in all contexts. This position will report to and work closely with the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
1- Create and maintain all graphic designs for in keeping with CI & brand guidelines.
2- Create, prepare, and update all graphic design files including print, digital/web, social media, and related supports, both maintaining and evolving existing templates.
3- Support and lead in internal communications graphics design including but not limited to campaigns,
presentations, templates, and forms, and other areas as needed.
4- Temporary and permanent signage, OOH, events, in partnership with vendors, partners, and
affiliates, including site, vehicle, and event-based graphic design.
5- Develop and optimize guidance for brands, including maintenance and stewardship of Ustores brand identity and architecture.
6- Support and perform website updates as needed (Wordpress/Sharpspring), including interface with web support vendor, and best-practice web architecture to increase HA, and CE products ease of access.
7- Own the process from design to execution of all Ustores publications and marketing materials.
8- With other team leaders, engage in design thinking and human-centered design processes to
improve existing and generate new ideas for all areas Ustores business.
9- Oversight and maintenance of corporate design, photographic, and video files both current and legacy.
