Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced B2B Business Development professional to join our team. Your role involves building and nurturing business relationships, identifying prospects, making presentations, managing partnerships, and closing deals. You’ll also create effective sales strategies, execute marketing campaigns, and expand your network to generate leads.

In this role, you’ll need strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-centric focus. The ideal candidate is driven, adept at understanding customer needs, possesses deep industry knowledge, and stays informed about the latest trends and technologies.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities in target markets.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential customers.
  • Contact potential customers to introduce products and services.
  • Make presentations and close deals with prospects.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Generating new business leads through targeted outreach, marketing campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends, and competition to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on product development based on customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers to maximize retention and increase upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote brand awareness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or similar field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Sales and Negotiation skills .
