Job Description
- Promote and ensure that safety instructions are well maintained and increase safety awareness among operators
- Prepare production daily reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Monitor hourly production process
- Cooperate and facilitate with different department (Quality, process & maintenance) any abnormal issues could interrupt the production rate
- Investigate, analyze and report stoppages and production problems
- Perform root cause analysis and take the corrective action
- Review and monitor the work instructions implementation on the plant and ensure they are updated and well placed
- Handle the training of new hire operators and evaluation with the cooperation of HR
Job Requirements
- Education: Required a university degree in Engineering – Production or Mechanical dep.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Excellent used of MS office
