- Our clients are the most important asset; we are hiring people who will take care of them, making our client extremely loyal to Profit CRM, while increasing Profit CRM’s revenue, cash flow and profit.
- You will be an essential part of a team delivering high-quality services to Profit CRM clients.
- Playing this role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Building strong relationships with customer top management & operation teams, acting as a trusted consultant on how to leverage the CRM solution across their business using best practices in the real estate sector
- After receiving detailed training you will be obligated to Master the understanding & knowledge of our software products to the utmost level.
- Finalize the training plans, discusses them with the clients and adhere to the time frame agreed for the training.
- Create training content material based on given template specs delivered in work presentation and training summary for the trainer to deliver the work.
- Instructs and trains client users on use of our CRM solution.
- Evaluating learners’ progress on a regular basis, including progress reports and quiz grades.
- Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual learners or groups of learners.
- Report progress and issues in any project to the management, and follow up on the resolution of those
Problems with the customer support team & various departments in the company.
- Identify any threats to the project and raise them with the clients’ management and his superior and assist the client in resolving those issues.
- Acts as a functional consultant by advising both the clients & our team on business process improvements according to the industry best practice and the system’s capacity.
Job Requirements
- Owning a Car is a MUST
- Good IT background is must
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Comply to position determined KPI
- Former experience in supporting software is a plus
- Ability to perform presentations
- Assertive and able to resolve client issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent communication skills required: Verbally communicate clearly and fluently in English.
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
