Job Description
- Responsible for implementing safety and security instructions for all employees in carrying out mechanical maintenance work.
- Continuous coordination with the production department to implement the periodic mechanical maintenance plan in a way that does not conflict with the production plan.
- Implementation of periodic maintenance in accordance with the work cards that explain the steps, equipment, materials and technicians to implement the planned maintenance.
- Implementation of mechanical maintenance that works to protect the worker from work injuries.
- Implementation of mechanical maintenance and repair of malfunctions first hand to avoid major malfunctions.
- Receiving forms for reporting mechanical failures and working to fix the faults in the shortest time, handing over the machine to production, and recording all the required data in the faults form.
- Recording the consumed raw material (if any) in case of repairing faults on the fault reporting form.
- Commitment to the instructions for operating the machines to maintain the efficiency and life of the machine.
- Continuous traffic during the shift on machines, equipment and networks (water & air) for inspection and examination to discover any malfunctions before they affect the production process.
- Full supervision and follow-up of the work of the mechanical maintenance workshop.
- Responsible for organizing and cleaning workshops, machines and equipment for mechanical maintenance work.
- Implementation of properly logging maintenance and equipment data for mechanical maintenance.
- Responsibility for carrying out mechanical repair and maintenance works in accordance with the catalogs and instructions for each machine or equipment.
- Supervising the mechanical maintenance technicians and verifying their commitment to the duties and responsibilities assigned to each of them.
- Performing other tasks assigned to him in his field of specialization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience is 3:5 years long.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience and knowledge in hot runner systems.
- Experience and knowledge in chillers (the ability to install a compressor to the refrigeration circuit, troubleshooting the problems that face industrial chillers etc.)
- Experience and knowledge in the other utilities like (industrial screw compressors, dryers, ventilation systems, material feeding systems and firefighting etc.)
- AutoCAD 2D
- Solidworks 3D
- Preferred October Resident or nearby
