Job Description

  • handling all files related to social insurance
  • Prepare employee files.
  • follow up on factory Uniform
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Update employee balance leave on a daily basis
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Monitor employee attendance
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Very good command of English
  • Very good command of Microsoft office
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
