Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Receive and record invoices and arrange payment.
- Prepare and send invoices to debtors.
Job Requirements
- Bch. degree of commerce (department of accounting).
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint …).
- Good English language skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Able to work in at teamwork.
- 3 years of experience at least in Factories accounting
- Residents of 6th of October area
