Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all electromechanical drawings from the MEP consultant
- Have a good design and build experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC & fireworks.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with site works and other finishing works
- Responsibility for all MEP works on site
- Site inspection approval for MEP Site works
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Residential, Admin and commercial experience background
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Time management and project skills required to undertake multiple projects
