Job Description
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Plan/attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Book travel arrangements.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day duties.
• Communication Channel Moderation ( WhatsApp Business, Emails, Social Media Platforms )
Job Requirements
- Fluency in the English language is a must, additional languages will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing major from a reputable university
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility with working hours and ability to deal with different types of people.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Details-oriented planning and organizing skills.
- Can work efficiently under pressure
- Team Player with strong cooperation skills.
