Job Description

• Organize and schedule appointments.

• Plan/attend meetings and take detailed minutes.

• Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.

• Assist in the preparation of reports.

• Develop and maintain a filing system.

• Maintain contact lists.

• Book travel arrangements.

• Provide general support to visitors.

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day duties.

• Communication Channel Moderation ( WhatsApp Business, Emails, Social Media Platforms )

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language is a must, additional languages will be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing major from a reputable university
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Flexibility with working hours and ability to deal with different types of people.
  •  Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Details-oriented planning and organizing skills.
  • Can work efficiently under pressure
  • Team Player with strong cooperation skills.
