Job Description
- ·Negotiate, draft, review and advise upon, all required legal documentation in relation to corporate and commercial matters.
- ·Research, anticipate and guard the corporate clients against legal risks
- ·Provide all the business units with independent advisory opinions in respect of all the legal matters.
- ·Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, Contracts, capital market, banking finance)
- ·Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
- ·Manage team of lawyers and work of their development.
Job Requirements
- ·Bachelor of law (English section).
- ·10+ years of experience.
- ·Previous experience in law firms is preferred.
- ·Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic languages
- ·Excellent communication skills.
- ·Very strong analytical skills
- ·Proficient in MS Office
- ·Excellent time management skills.
- ·Able to manage heavy workload.
- ·Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
