Job Description

  • Maintains clients relationships and ensuring clients loyalty through excellent  service, providing support, information, and guidance as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
  • Handle existing accounts, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily sales activity on existing or potential clients.
  • Research target markets to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Implement sales plans to generate new leads and achieve target sales.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
    Prepare quotations for clients as needed.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance metrics for management review.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any relative field .
  • 2 - 4 Years of Experience in selling Recruitment or training service.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Customer Centricity.
  • Result Oriented.
