Job Description
- Maintains clients relationships and ensuring clients loyalty through excellent service, providing support, information, and guidance as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
- Handle existing accounts, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily sales activity on existing or potential clients.
- Research target markets to identify and acquire new clients.
- Implement sales plans to generate new leads and achieve target sales.
- Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Prepare quotations for clients as needed. - Prepare reports on sales performance metrics for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relative field .
- 2 - 4 Years of Experience in selling Recruitment or training service.
- Fluent in English.
- Customer Centricity.
- Result Oriented.
