Job Description

We're hiring Marketing Executive for one of our group companies which industry is Marketing & E-Commerce. 

Job Description: 

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of Marketing activities to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
  • Prepare and recommend brands marketing budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized
  • Manage the effective achievement of market objectives through the leadership of the department– setting individual objectives, managing performance, monitoring the budget vs. expenses with recommendations, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize the performance of the brands.
  • Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of brands activities so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
  • Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objective
  • Prepare, timely and accurate reports and department requirements, policies, standards & monthly reports.
  • Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
  • Suggest new promotion ideas and BTL campaigns and work on the execution of the campaigns
  • Regularly conducting market visits to assess brand standing in the market and competition.
  • Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards

 

 

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Brand management / market research / business analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with preferably a post graduate degree.
