Job Description
- Preparing itineraries, quotations, and packages for all markets.
- Handling inbound holiday packages for individuals and groups.
- Perfect coordination with the tour leaders and guides to make sure that the client does not face any problems in the tour packages.
- Handle any unexpected situation that might arise in such a manner that the goodwill of the services offered is maintained.
- Contacting hotels, suppliers and have the ability to negotiate for rates.
- Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail and other communications tools
- Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Good English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- Two years’ Experience Handling Inbound Tour Packages
- Amadeus previous experience is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
