Job Description

Recruitment Team Leader for Non-Medical -Maintain the Non-Medical recruitment process  , Supervising the Non-Medical team members, fostering their professional development, and promoting teamwork and cooperation

He /She is also responsible for conducting & handling interviews for the senior and managerial job positions in coordination with Section Head

  • Support & follow up with the non-medical recruitment team to record daily activities, tasks & coordinate with recruitment team on open vacancies. 
  • Conducting & handling interviews for the senior and managerial job positions in coordination with Section Head.
  • Orientation will be delivered to the senior and managerial job positions regarding their department, subordinates and BU directors. 
  • Schedule and conduct meeting to sign exclusive contract with the top management & on boarding with all related department in coordination with Section Head
  • Coordinate with the recruitment section head in regards appropriate offers of employment
  • Responsible for approval cycles of offers, renewal contracts, candidate transfer & manpower increase. 
  • Follow up offers to the exclusive accepted candidates, negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation.
  • Oversees the recruitment activities to ensure that fair and robust selection processes are followed; ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
  • Ensure all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed, escalating any concerns appropriately 
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree is a must.
  • Max age: 32
  • Very good English (spoken&written)
  • +3 years Experience in Recruitment
  • Employer performance management and competency to use the relevant tools.
  • Decision maker
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high quality work output under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, innovative and adept at problem solving both independently and in a team environment
  • Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
  • Critical Thinking
