Production Engineer (CNC Wood Production Line)

Follow up and control daily productions and ensure a proper start up and shut down.
Review technical requirements for actual manufacturing operations
Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.
Handle day to day operations and ensure SOP implementation.
Creating a production plan to deliver the required products within the required timelines.
Monitoring and improving productivity of the workshops.
Studying and Proposing ways to improve quality standards and manufacturing processes.
Ensuring production follows and achieves quality standards.
Submitting purchasing requests in a timely manner to the purchasing department based on material needs.
Preparing and submitting periodical production reports to the plant manager.
Preparing and submitting periodical worker evaluations
