Job Description

  • Taking responsibility for local and overseas purchases.
  • Coordinating with shipping agents for customs clearance processes.
  • Working closely with the  sales team to  ensure the  completeness  of sales transactions.
  • Monitoring goods received and goods issued.
  • Issuing purchasing orders.
  • Handling other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • English is a must

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
  • Well Known with ERP system
