Job Description
- Taking responsibility for local and overseas purchases.
- Coordinating with shipping agents for customs clearance processes.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure the completeness of sales transactions.
- Monitoring goods received and goods issued.
- Issuing purchasing orders.
- Handling other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- English is a must
- owns a car
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
- Well Known with ERP system
