Job Description

Our company is a leading e-commerce platform that is rapidly growing and expanding its reach across Saudi Arabia.


We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and achieve our regional targets.


As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating Senior & Junior Sales Executives, Sales Development Representatives to source qualified leads through outbound approaches.


Your core role will be to ensure that the sales team is meeting their targets and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy and Execution:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve revenue goals and market penetration.


- Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.


- Utilize sales forecasting tools, sales pipeline management, and sales analytical tools to enhance sales performance.


- Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.


2. Team Leadership and Management:


- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.


- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.


- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and manage customer relationships effectively.


3. Customer Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to address customer requirements and improve overall customer experience.


4. Market Analysis and Reporting:


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.


- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor analysis using sales analytical tools.


- Utilize ERP systems to streamline sales processes and ensure efficient target management.
