Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Boom Room – Open Air Mall, Cairo
Reports to: General Manager

We are a one-of-a-kind entertainment destination offering a premium mix of arcade games, live events, and immersive experiences. Our mission is to provide a fun-filled, world-class entertainment environment for individuals and families. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, Boom Room is setting new benchmarks in the entertainment and retail industry.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies at Boom Room. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the entertainment and shopping center industries, with a proven track record in driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and engaging customers. This individual will play a key role in amplifying the Boom Room brand and ensuring it remains a leading destination for fun and entertainment in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to drive foot traffic to Boom Room and increase brand visibility.
  • Develop annual marketing plans with measurable objectives, aligned with the business goals of Boom Room and Open Air Mall.
  • Lead market research initiatives to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the consistent positioning and messaging of the Boom Room brand across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure a cohesive and positive brand image through creative content, digital presence, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop high-impact campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage Boom Room’s digital marketing strategy, including social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and online promotions.
  • Develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Partnerships & Sponsorships:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including retail brands, event organizers, and influencers.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance Boom Room’s offerings and visibility.

Event Planning & Promotion:

  • Lead the planning and execution of on-site events, promotions, and activations to attract diverse customer groups.
  • Collaborate with the events team to create memorable experiences that align with Boom Room’s brand identity.
  • Drive event promotion through multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs:

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs, special promotions, and community outreach.
  • Monitor and assess customer feedback to continuously improve Boom Room’s offerings and guest experience.

Budget Management & Reporting:

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy work environment.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or brand management are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the entertainment, leisure, or shopping center sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns in high-traffic, consumer-focused environments (e.g., malls, arcades, entertainment centers).

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to execute campaigns that drive results.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, social media platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.).
