Financial Accountant

Job Summary:

Responsible for implementing and editing financial and accounting procedures, and carrying out budget and accounting work that are carried out at the university.

Tasks & Responsibilities:  

• Implementation of the financial and accounting procedures approved by the university.
• Supervising all documents issued and incoming to the financial department, and ensure that they are correct and that they contain the necessary signatures.
• Reviewing and approving the entry bonds before registering them in the relevant accounts.
• Supervising the registration of all registration documents in their respective accounts, in accordance with the applicable computer systems and programs and on the basis of the approved accounting cycle.
• Collecting, following up and keeping statements of accounts receivable and payable.
• Supervising the processes of issuing exchange bonds and preparing the checks related to them, after verifying the validity of the attached documents and following up on obtaining the necessary signatures on the checks in accordance with the applicable authorities.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Follow-up the achievement of students and their matches on the program.
• Participate in budget preparation.
• Carrying out other similar tasks assigned to him.
