Job Description

  • Implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Prepare payroll and maintain personnel process.
  • Maintaining Employees files, documents & paperwork
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing all processes related to employee hiring (sending job offers, creating the employee file, social insurance, medical insurance, bank account …etc.).
  • Following up on the implementation of the approved work regulations regarding attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
  • Manage & update employee’s files.
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
  • Ensure that employees comply with all internal procedures, policies, and laws of the company.
  • Handling full cycle of recruitment

Job Requirements

  • Males only.
  • Baechelor's degree
  • Excellent in Excel
  • Very good in Communication and organization skills.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in n (payroll, personnel, and recruitment )
