Job Description
- Implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
- Prepare payroll and maintain personnel process.
- Maintaining Employees files, documents & paperwork
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing all processes related to employee hiring (sending job offers, creating the employee file, social insurance, medical insurance, bank account …etc.).
- Following up on the implementation of the approved work regulations regarding attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Manage & update employee’s files.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
- Ensure that employees comply with all internal procedures, policies, and laws of the company.
- Handling full cycle of recruitment
Job Requirements
- Males only.
- Baechelor's degree
- Excellent in Excel
- Very good in Communication and organization skills.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in n (payroll, personnel, and recruitment )
