Job summary/overview
The Career Advisor Assistant is responsible for providing support to the company employees whenever there is dissatisfaction or identified risk of resignation or request to be transferred, to accomplish a successful integration or retention in the company.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Analyze and act in all situations related to contract resignations / non-renewals communicated to the HR team, regardless of the communication channel chosen by the employee and through resignation reports:
- Contact employees and fully understand their labor or personal needs in order to make the right offer for them to stay in the company
- Establish contact and find solutions internally with other departments or with external entities, according to the employee’s needs, to successfully retain the employee.
- Contact employees to perform stay or exit interviews.
- Communicate with all stakeholders in order to facilitate processes within the company such as transfers, internal promotions, etc.
- Employee complaints management.
- Perform continuous improvement interviews on projects followed by meetings with operational management to discuss findings and define improvement opportunities.
- Conduct Focus Group sessions.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Act with initiative, make things happen.
- Be focused on delivery and productivity improvement.
- Be a true team member in Teleperformance Portugal – focused on the success of the company.
- “Enthusiastically” communicate the company’s culture and values.
- Be an active part in the process of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovation methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).
- Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to department's processes, GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.
- Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately.
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the role or in Human Resources positions
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to use Internet applications.
- Working knowledge of HR tools.

Job Requirements
- Education and specific Training
- Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field (preferential)
- Fluency in French (minimum B2)
