About the Job
Caduceus Lane is now hiring professional medical project management officer who combine their knowledge of science and research understanding with an eye for market needs, promotional requirements to present medical information at the right level for the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving medically- related task briefs from Key Account Managers.
- Managing and achieving specific objectives in medico-marketing.
- Medical projects execution and content quality assurance.
- Content management and development for medical and promotional materials from a marketing serving perspective, as well as drafts revision and finalization.
- Online search for medical data based on reliable resources.
- Conducting references using reliable sources to ensure validity of all data.
- Applying medical comments, for both, corporates and MOH approvals.
- Effectively managing projects through;
a) Organization, whether across departments or within team
b) Follow up with Key Account Managers and key personnel for project validity and intact framework assurance
c) Timelines management, for full projects’ scope achievability and meeting deadlines. - Disseminate, review and present clinical and scientific data to the intended audience.
- Analyze scientific studies to extract relevant information that serve the objectives of the project.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor in Pharmaceutical sciences.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical field
- Fluency in English language is a must ( reading – writing – speaking)
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
- Excellent understating of the medical literature.
- Professional flexibility is necessary to meet changing business needs
- Ability to work in virtual teams and Matrix environment
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and policies governing information provision
- Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
- Ability to understand the purpose and requirements of the project
- Ability to write at a level appropriate to the target audience
- Thorough research of the subject
- Ability to think, logical organization of thoughts and ideas
- Scientific accuracy
- Attention to details
- Good communication & coordination with various people involved in the process
- Good time management, and meeting deadlines and commitments
- Having a good eye for the medico-marketing serving purposes through analyzing available medical data
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working in the medical research, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry experience is an asset.
