Job Description
- Gather lists of potential customers from the Indirect Channels, mainly from Brokerage Companies.
- Self-generation of reasonable number of daily leads.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with the company’s contracted brokerage companies and existing clients and ensure communication of new projects, products, offers and Promotions
- Execute orientations regularly for the brokerage companies and its newly hired salespeople.
- Master an up-to-date knowledge of the projects’ characteristics, strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop a good knowledge of competitors’ products and prices.
- Respond effectively to incoming emails, phone calls and messages with appropriate information regarding the company’s products.
- Negotiate payment terms and close deals.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions and events.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements.
- Submit daily sales reports to the direct manager.
- Follow up financial collections with customers.
