Job Description
- Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budgeting.
- Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
- Prepare all Tax Returns and provide it to the tax Authority.
- Liaise with Tax Authorities and external Related Parties
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Manage employees who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk, Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
- Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
- Preparation of the reporting of financial transactions, trends and the financial situation.
Job Requirements
- Practical experience at the same position for at least 7 years.
- Alexandria Residency is a must or have a residency in Alexandria.
- Proven working experience as a Financial Manager with Manufacturing or Industrial Background is a Must.
- Excellent English Language skills.
- Preferred Professional Post Graduate Studies such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS.
