Job Description
- Participate in the delivery of large end to end SAP implementations designing, configuring, testing go live support for SAP HCM module (Payroll, Benefits, Time Management).
- Assist in defining the projects scope, analyzing the current business processes and scenarios and recommending solutions to meet the clients’ needs.
- Train end users and provide technical assistance in defining authorization roles, custom workflows, and other related areas.
- Prepare comprehensive technical program documentations.
- Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
Job Requirements
1. Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
2. Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects.
3. Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
4. Able to coach, support, train and develop end users.
5. Experience: 2-3 years with Two Implementations E2E.
6. Experience with Time evaluation and time schema.
7. Experience with payroll calculations, Localization and Payroll schema.
8. Project initial planning and preparation.
9. Business Blueprint preparation.
10. user manual preparation and user training.
11. Analysis of business requirements.
12. Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including UAT and Support).
13. Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
14. Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required.
