Job Description
- Assist to define project requirements, developing proposals, estimating costs, obtaining approvals, engineer design, procuring materials, supervising construction and assisting commissioning.
- Assist group-wide engineering teams with the resolution of electrical engineering problems and provide technical guidance by carrying out investigations, evaluating solutions and writing recommendations and directions.
- Organizes and monitors the work of support staff, refinery personnel, contractors and vendors during all project phases including engineering, drafting, construction, inspection. Testing and commissioning.
- Writes, evaluates and administers purchase requisitions and installation contracts.
- Contribute to the development of the Project Management strategy, policies, systems, and processes for executing projects in order to fulfil the Project management requirements in line with the vision, mission and overall strategy of the corporate.
- Contribute, follow up, execute project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Assist in setting up project teams post project approval, ensure efficient and effective coordination with internal departments for the preparation of project design and tenders.
- Contribute to selection of appropriate vendors and consultants for assigned projects.
- Assist providing overall direction in the planning, organizing, management and control of various projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed meeting agreed project parameters, standards and objectives.
- Monitor projects and teams and ensure proper execution and completion in a timely manner and in line with set plans and budget while ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure smooth coordination with all internal departments and for the complete execution of the projects from inception to completion.
- Handle the assigned project from handover to closure.
- The ability to report regularly the progress of each renovation project and follow up with the implementation of the design of new projects.
- The ability to supervise, schedule, motivate, positively discipline, and plan all
Electromechanical activities. - Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site progress in order to meet agreed deadlines as per the contract.
- Preparing reports as required.
Job Requirements
- BSc of electrical Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience with design, supervision and construction.
- Health care background is preferred.

- Analytical and process oriented.
- Excellent user of PowerPoint & other software.
