Job Description

  • Ensuring a proper, continuous, and timely implementation of all business operations through directing and guiding others and utilizing various tools that ensure operational excellence in order to resolve problems, such as:
  • Providing training to managers and employees. 
  • Planning and executing operational projects, business initiatives, and divisions’ strategies that are necessary for the implementation of internal plans
  • Developing and implementing operational business plans and ensuring the effectiveness of operational processes and plans in collaboration with all internal business partners.
  • Implementing plans for the development of operational capabilities in collaboration with the management of the human resources division
  • Assisting the Operations Division Lead in terms of daily operational matters
  • Supporting the enforcement of the company policies and standards
  • Providing feedback on the policies and procedures of the company
  • Executing tasks and actions required for the implementation of internal plans
  • Mastering the effectiveness parameters development, analytics formulation, and management reporting of daily operations.
  • Setting department KPI’s guidance and ensuring their achievement by applying and adhering to structured performance, process, and quality standards
  • Conducting business performance analysis and working on improving planning
  • Achieving effective and efficient results to meet the company’s operational needs and capitalizing on new opportunities to broaden the company’s business scope
  • Achieving global operational goals through close monitoring and management as well as strategic and planned collaboration with different business divisions’ management and units leads
  • Assisting in developing and promoting the corporate vision, goals, and strategic objectives
  • Assisting/approving the launch of new services and projects in order to generate high profitability levels
  • Ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time as planned and with a high level of accuracy and effectiveness
  • Monitoring the development of the corporate expense budget and ensuring that budgetary guidelines are followed
  • Reviewing progress and activity reports, evaluating the operations effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Encouraging the development of a stable, well trained, and supportive workforce in accordance with the plans
  • Maintaining and developing effective working relationships with and among the corporate’s various professional groups
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of the operational risk management strategies
  • Monitoring the development and implementation of efficient corporate processes and ensuring that the operations are following quality processes
  • Being involved in capacity building and responsible for employee turnover rate
  • Evaluating the department leads on a regular basis with the support of the tactical operations lead
  • Taking corporate disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Ensuring that the business has robust and reliable IT systems with the IT team
  • Participating directly in the development and periodic evaluation of policies and procedures
  • Participating in the community/corporate marketing activities as needed and seeking opportunities in order to integrate other operational programs into the services of the corporate

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or any other related field
  • Master’s degree in business administration is highly preferred 
  • At least 7 years of experience in a professional business environment is required
  • Fluent English and Arabic language proficiency (verbal and written) 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, leading planning skills, and systematic business mentality 
  • A well-organized and detail-oriented mindset with an eagerness to grow
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts 
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft office tools 
  • Having proactive qualities and the willingness to learn
