Job Description
- Coordinating the manpower planning process and maintaining manpower records Searching for and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, etc. Screening candidates' CVs and job applications Conducting interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the timeline Assess knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and abilities relevant to applicants
- Receiving employee papers, conducting contracts and social insurance, following up on attendance, leaving and vacations, and issuing a monthly report on the effects of salaries
- Final report on employee salaries
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years experience (At least 1 year of recruitment experience )
- A resident of Obour City or Near
