Job Description
- Use Node.js, MongoDB, and other BE tools to design and implement the underlying application logic, database structure and build robust APIs.
- Work closely with other developers to analyze and design our app architecture, and implement the functional & Non functional requirements.
- Understand the user stories to develop and improve the end-user experience.
- Collaborate with product manager to develop and enhance the app according to our roadmap and business strategy
Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Naturally curious and willing to step into the user’s shoes
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Professional proficiency in English
- Deep technical knowledge and expertise in BE technologies and tools (Node.js, MongoDB)
- Deep technical knowledge with Socket.io
- Demonstrated experience with designing REST APIs
- Familiar with using Git for version control
- Experience with building complicated, enterprise-level systems
- Experience with unit testing
- Owners mentality
- Comfortable with working in a fully remote team
- Familiar with Agile methodology is a plus.
- Familiar with using Maps & tracking is a plus
