Job Description

  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Review and process routine accounting data for revenue and expenses.
  • Invoice verification & processing payment for online sales, and regular sales.
  • Handles online sales, refunds , installments and inventory tracking and stock.
  • experienced in working on Quickbooks or similar accounting systems.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
  • Handling payroll.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the company’s petty cash operations through proper inspection and payments of bills, receipts & cash count 
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with corporate requirements.
  • Analyze, reconcile, balance, and maintain all accounting records.
  •  Contact clients to resolve problems and expedite payment.
  •  Review purchasing, petty cash and personal claims
  •  Maintain listing of accounts payables
  •  Maintain the general ledger
  •  Print and distribute monthly financial reports
  •  Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Assist in preparing the taxation reports in Egypt.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience in companies with inventory.
  • experience in quickbooks or similar inventory /accounting systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related courses
  • Ability to achieve tight deadlines with a high degree of quality and understanding
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives
  •  Excellent organizing abilities
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  •  Ability to work in multitasking mode and with a large amount of information
  •  Strong computer skills, Accounting systems, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
