Job Description
- Searching for the best shipping offers based on delivery time, price, and delivery method.
- Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with the internal departments.
- Knowledge of documentation for assigned countries.
- Reviewing purchase orders.
- Confirm shipping bookings and submit VGM, Shipping instructions for each shipment.
- Communicate with the shipping lines and trucking companies to get rates, looking for transit time, free time, and other factors.
- Perform Customer Service activities in terms of reporting, updates, follow-up, and after-sales service and support.
Job Requirements
- Very Good in English
- Very Good Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
