Job Description
- Provide qualified candidates and improve the performance and engagement levels of human resources to achieve the company overall objectives.
- He /She will be responsible about preparing the HR annual plan and budget in alignment with the holding company policies.
- He / She will monitor human resources processes and study compliance, quality assurance, and holding company's reports.
- He /She will implement the organization structure, career planning, communication, training / development, rewards, employees’ relations, performance management system, administration, legal policies in coordination with the holding company.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree – Master degree will be a plus.
- Certification or training: Relevant diploma or MBA will be preferable
- English language: Advanced level of reading, writing, and communication
- PC: Professional knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems , preferable in SAP.
- Years of experience in similar position: Not less than 10 years – 3 in managerial position.
- Previous field / business experience: Manufacturing
