Job Description
- Present, promote, and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a property consultant is a MUST.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Dynamic and active.
- Having a car is a MUST.
