Job Description

  • The position of Chief Operating Officer aims to develop and implement policies that achieve our vision and mission, as well as ensure the fulfillment of our values. Additionally, the COO position oversees the smooth running of our holdings and ensures an exemplary customer experience . The COO is the head of our Operations Department which oversees all our stores as well as our Logistics and Supply Chain Department. Moreover, the COO will also be collaborating closely with our Finance and Accounting, HR, Marketing, and R&D departments.
  • THF&B places a high value on growth, expansion and sustainability and our Operations Department is expected to advise, direct, and implement THF&B’s strategies of expansion and growth in Egyptian, regional, and global markets.  The Operations team works towards providing our customers with good food and a strong customer service culture, through ensuring high quality ingredients, careful preparation, and safety and hygiene. As COO, your main task in the next three months will be to develop and roll-out our operational policies and procedures while maintaining the smooth running of our daily operations.
  • In the following three months the COO will be expected to oversee the expansion of our holdings and stores. The COO will be reporting to and supervised by the CEO for the next three months, while supervising our Store Managers. The following three months the COO will be supervising our brands, stores, and the Logistics and Supply Chain Department.

Job Requirements

Certificates and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Operation, Business Management, or other related fields
  • Any additional training and certification in Management will be considered an advantage

Soft skills:

Technical skills

  • Understanding of POS systems these will include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiar with Google Suite
