Job Description
- Preparing and managing the contract review process
- Coordinating the bidding, evaluation and award process in accordance with agreed plans and company procedures
- Ensuring contracts and related process documentation are stored on Supply System (when applicable)
- Preparing and conducting the whole tenders process “ RFT” for a recommendation of awarding the contract to the supplier.
- Drafting contracts and amendments assuring commitment with company policy and top management approvals
- Manage updating prices of Contracts, Evaluation and Supplier performance to advise management to renew, re-tender or termination
- Communication of end users for technical recommendations and procurement team for pre-history of tenderers
- Updating procurement team with all updates of contract and updating the ERP with contract conditions and prices
Job Requirements
- Law or engineering /Commercial Degree.
- 1-2 experience years in the same position.
- Excellent effective communication skills & English Language.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Certification of Formal QS or Legal training - preferred.
- Experience in managing all types of contracts.
- Excellent in MS Office.
