Job Description
- Set & Implement clinic operational policies “Non- Medical”.
- Put Monthly Schedule for Doctor at all specialties and Reception team including Call center team.
- Develop &Follow up the clinic operational Policies & procedures.
- Responsible for Reception team & Call center team
- Help HR team to select Candidates “Reception ,Call center and Marketing
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with the board of directors determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals. - Implement infection control procedures, maintain good hygiene culture in the medical center, and accountable for provision of leadership for patient safety and quality improvement program.
- Dealing with problems that Face Doctors, Patients and Staff.
- Develop reports, monitor, and track the critical metrics and KPIs
- Order the required supplies and materials for the clinics as : Botox, Fillers ….
Job Requirements
- Experience as a beauty clinic manager not less than 3 years
- Excellent reporting skills and dashboard preparation
- Ability to train and instruct employees to achieve the required KPIs
- Good Appearance
- Excellent problem solving skills
