Job Description
- Answer inbound calls and manage workflow between departments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up and answernthe customers inquiries.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Answer customer's inquiries and help them use the company's service.
- Following up with the customers by making outbound calls.
- Responding to customer tickets and complaints.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build a good rapport with customers over the phone.
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 1 year experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English Level.
- Fast typing speed.
- Have a very good handling and communication skills.
- Flexible with Rotational hours/Rotational Days off
