Job Description
We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a medical related field.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
- Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
