Job Description
- Receiving Cash and checks and visa and issuing Receipts accordingly to Payment Plans.
- Reviewing and recording accounts receivables transactions daily through system.
- Coordinating all the checks portfolio for each client separately, arranging them and keeping them accurately.
- Daily follow up with banks to trace all upcoming transfers and cash deposits to make sure it is recorded correctly to the right customer and unit.
- Preparing the refunds and releasing cheques to customers by verifying documentation and issuing payment.
- Handle treasury operations banking relationships and maintaining good relationships with banks to facilitate daily company workflow represented in:
- Addressing the bank in case of recovering checks or the customer’s desire to change any of them, whether by cash payment or otherwise.
- Received and follow-up of bounced checks from the bank.
- Preparing monthly aging reports ( bounced cheques & blocked units ) and present their results and communicate it to teams (sales operation & legal team)
- Submit weekly AR reports/schedules to finance management.
- Ensure timely reporting of bounced payments to companies’ finance manager.
- Reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable balances on a monthly basis.
- Enhance the AR Aging report and ensure the accuracy of the monthly balances
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5-8 years of experience in the same position.
- Age maximum is 35 years.
- Very good knowledge of M.S Office.
- Very good command in English language.
- Knowledge of general accounting principals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
