Production & Assembly Engineer - Home Appliances (Sharkia)

An interesting opportunity for home appliances (Gas Cookers) Production & Assembly Engineer with the following requirements:

1. Preparing the daily plan for the assembly lines derived from the weekly work order, sending it to the rest of the departments, and following up on its implementation on the next day.

2. Printing the internal and external panels of the models in the daily plan.

3. Handing over the internal panels to the quality specialist on a daily basis in exact numbers.

4. Daily distribution of workers on assembly lines and processing stages with supervisors and rotating workers at all stages to raise their skills.

5. Solve the sudden problems of shortage of workers and the ability to employ the rest of the workers according to their skills.

6. Observing the assembly lines and processing stages, following up the method and quality of assembly, and directing the corrective actions.

7. Solve daily assembly problems (assembly problem - raw materials problem) or transfer them to the department head in case they are unable to solve them.

8. Reporting daily problems that lead to disruption of work or lack of production.

9. Follow up on receiving raw materials from warehouses on a daily basis and find out if there is a shortage of raw materials that affects the daily plan or not.

10. Handing over the complete finished product to the storekeeper and reviewing the items and numbers.

11. Recording the daily production.
