An English teacher is responsible for ensuring that students learn proper grammar, writing, and reading comprehension; in addition to growing in the students their conversational skills.
They are responsible for creating lesson plans that will teach students the skills they need.
A few of the main duties of an English teacher are answering student questions, grading student tests and essays, tracking students' progress, and teaching students the importance of English.
They also have to communicate with the parents of students.

Must be a graduate in English Language
He/she should have 2 years of experience in teaching or a master's degree in teaching.
He/she must have is the ability to give constructive criticism to the students.
He/she must be able to communicate effectively with students.
He/she should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
He/she must have a minimum of 6 months experience in teaching (online / offline classes)
Fluency in English is a MUST.
Excellent computer skills
